[MACR] Floating Ash & Beautiful Spring : A way to counter the Meta

(Arcknight) Hello RespectYGOers! It's very random and rare but I'm here to bring awesome news and card reviews before the official Launch of "Maximum Crisis" (MACR).

While browsing for some MACR leaks and everything nice, it seems like there's no card that caught my attention until I saw this card.

You can only use the effect of “Haru Urara” once per turn.
(1) During either player’s turn, when your opponent activates a card effect that would add a card from their Deck to their hand, Special Summon a monster from their Deck, or send a card from their Deck to the Graveyard: You can discard this card; negate that effect.

Yes, it's the new sibling (I guess?) of "Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit" and "Ghost Reaper & Winter Cherries"!

PROS: 

1. Can be used in either player's turn. 
2. Prevents effects that adds cards from Deck to your hand. Prevents massive advantage of "Magicians" and other cards that adds. I'm not sure if drawing due to card effect is considered adding but if it is, this card is something.
3. Negates effect that special summons from the DECK. Prevents "Zoodiac" XYZ monsters to utilize Molmorat spam (Though they can just XYZ another Zoodiac on top of the negated Zoodiac to use Molmorat's effect again) and also prevents the annoying "Void Madness". To add, it also prevents "Tune Magician" from special summoning from the deck.
4. Prevents sending cards from deck to the graveyard. It prevents the powerful "The Grass is tastier on the other side", " Reasoning" "Monster Gate" etc. from using their effects and it somewhat hinders "Shiranui" from using the mill effect of "Uni-Zombie". I'm not sure because we still don't have the specific rulings as of yet but it might also prevent "Startime Magician" from using its substitute effect for pendulums.

6. It's also a level 3 TUNER if you didn't notice that.

CONS:

1. Minus 1. Well, a minus is nothin' if you are going to disrupt an opponent's play.
2. Super Rare? - You know what I mean.

Summary:

To sum-up, it's a very good card and is definitely the most wanted card in the set (at least for me), this is a good way to counter the meta and hopefully, we would be able to get more cards like this in the future.
