"IMAH NATURE LOVER" a Official Guide to Sylvan (post PRIO)

Hello guys! Happy Valentines Day!

It's me ,J.

And now that the full spoiler of PRIO is now released and tomorrow is the release of Primal Origin in Japan and other Asian Countries,I decided to make a short guide to my official deck in YGO.
For those duelist who have no date or partner this valentines
Congratulations!!!
lol

anyway here is the guide,enjoy!

"Sylvan", known as "Shinra" ((しん)()) in Japan, is an archetype of Plant-Type monsters that debuted in Legacy of the Valiant. The word "shinra" is shortened from "shinrabanshō" (森羅万象), which means "all things in nature", hence the plant-life motif. "Sylvan" refers to an association with the woodland, specifically that which inhabits the wood, is made of tree materials, or comprises the forest itself.
In the TCG, "Sylvan" cards will pioneer a new game term, "excavate".
source:ygo wikia

MONSTERS:

Sylvan Peaskeeper
Wind/1/400/100
"When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Plant-Type monster, send it to the Graveyard. Otherwise, place it on the bottom of your Deck. If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. You can only use this effect of "Sylvan Peaskeeper" once per turn."

Here is one of the MVP of the archetype. When excavated and send to graveyard, you can special summon 1 level 4 or lower plant-type monster from the graveyard, even itself!
Not only that,it also lets you excavate the top card when normal or special summon.
RUN 1-3,but 3 is A MUST FOR ME

Sylvan Hermitree
Fire/8/2700/1800
"Once per turn: You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Plant-Type monster, send it to the Graveyard, and if you do, draw 1 card. Otherwise, place it on the bottom of your Deck. If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: Look at up to 3 cards from the top of your Deck, then place them on the top of the Deck in any order."

So far the strongest non xyz Sylvan Monster in terms of Stats.
It looks like a fortuneteller tree.
It lets you excavate once per turn and draw a card if the excavated card is a plant and that's not hard considering the number of plants in your deck.
Before the release of PRIO
I consider this as a must 3
But now that PRIO
is here and there is the shinra Ferryman.
Ill consider this as 0.
RUN 0 or 3 if you want to focused on rank 8 builds.

Sylvan Guardioak
Earth/6/2400/1500
"Once per turn: You can choose a number from 1 to 3, then excavate that many cards from the top of your Deck, send any excavated Plant-Type monsters to the Graveyard, also place the other cards on the bottom of your Deck in any order. If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can target 1 other Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard; place that target on top of your Deck."

Good ol' shrek hehe. His effect that excavate 3 cards is good but it often comes as a bad draw when drawn and shinra ferryman does a lot better in recycling.
RUN 0 or 3 if you want to(we have democracy lol)

Sylvan FlowerKnight
Earth/4/1800/1000
"When this card is Normal Summoned: You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Plant-Type monster, send it to the Graveyard. Otherwise, place it on the bottom of your Deck. If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can choose 1 "Sylvan" card from your Deck and place it on top of your Deck."

Here is one of the searcher that acts as their field spell on body. With the release of Shinra snuffspy, having this and the field using snuffspy as the cost of the field effect activation, you can wreck havoc your opponent's field(with marsh, stool etc.) while still not having your normal summon.
But further testing is still required.
RUN 0-3

Sylvan Marshalleaf

Water/3/1500/1200
"When this card is Normal Summoned: You can choose either 1 or 2, then excavate that many cards from the top of your Deck, send any excavated Plant-Type monsters to the Graveyard, also place the other cards on the bottom of your Deck in any order. If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can target 1 monster on the field; destroy that target."

For me,this is one of the staples of the sylvan deck. Its like bear and card trooper in one.
RUN 3.no exception

Sylvan Komushroomo
Fire/2/100/2000
"When this card is flipped face-up: You can choose a number from 1 to 5, then excavate that many cards from the top of your Deck, send any excavated Plant-Type monsters to the Graveyard, also place the other cards on the bottom of your Deck in any order. If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy that target."

This is their s/t destructor although his excavate effect is a little bit slow, flipping this might win you games depending on the setup of your top deck. Its not a bad draw since you can set it and we have sylvan charity and Slvan Ferrylotus to recycle it.
RUN 3 no exception

Sylvan FerryLotus
Water/5/2300/1100
"Once per turn: You can excavate cards from the top of your Deck, equal to the number of cards your opponent controls, send any excavated Plant-Type monsters to the Graveyard, also place the other cards on the bottom of your Deck in any order. If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can target up to 5 "Sylvan" cards in your Graveyard, except "Sylvan Ferrylotus"; place those targets on the bottom of your Deck in any order."

There are moments when you wnat to destroy or special summon sylvan cards but all your mushroom, leaf, and peas are used. This is a card for you.Better oak .I guess.
RUN 0-3,for me 1 is a must

Sylvan Snuffspy
Dark/1/900/400
"If this card is sent from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard: You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Plant-Type monster, send it to the Graveyard. Otherwise, place it on the bottom of your Deck. If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Plant-Type monster, send it to the Graveyard. Otherwise, place it on the bottom of your Deck."

I knew a card like this will came.It combos very much with the field spell and flowerknight.
RUN 3 no exception

Sylvan Sagequoia
Wind/7/2600/2100
"When a "Sylvan" monster is sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn: You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Plant-Type monster, send it to the Graveyard. Otherwise, place it on the bottom of your Deck. If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can target 1 "Sylvan" Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand."

This card will never be a bad draw considering it can be special summoned from hand and the best card to summon th very stronk Sylvan High Arbiter.

RUN 3 No Exception

Sylvan Sproutcolyte
Light/1/100/100
"When this card is Special Summoned: You can choose either 1 or 2, then excavate that many cards from the top of your Deck, send any excavated Plant-Type monsters to the Graveyard, also place the other cards on the bottom of your Deck in any order. If this card is excavated from the Deck and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 1 Plant-Type monster from your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Sylvan Sproutcolyte" once per turn."

This card is your main searcher for tuners like spore and copyplant..

RUN 1-3

P.S I did not include the TCG EXCLUSIVES Bladefender and mikorange.Cuz I'm an OCG player myself and when PRIO comes to TCG,I bet they will not use those cards either because of their mediocre effects.

SPELLS:

Mount Sylvania
Field Spell Card
"You can send 1 Plant-Type monster from your hand or face-up from your side of the field to the Graveyard; choose 1 "Sylvan" card from your Deck and place it on top of the Deck. You can only use this effect of "Mount Sylvania" once per turn. Once per turn, during your opponent's End Phase: You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Plant-Type monster, send it to the Graveyard. Otherwise, place it on either the top or bottom of your Deck."

This field spell is the heart of the sylvan deck considering you do not need to hold your breath when excavating(Well not actually holding ur breath lol).

Run 1-3.3 is a must for me.

Sylvan Charity
Normal Spell Card
Draw 3 cards, then reveal 2 cards in your hand, including at least 1 "Sylvan" card, and place them on top of your Deck in any order, or, if you don't have any "Sylvan" cards in your hand, reveal all the cards in your hand and place them on top of your Deck in any order. You can only activate
 "Sylvan Charity" per turn.

This card makes the deck so consistent.
RUN 3 or dont play sylvans ever lol

TRAPS:

Sylvan Blessing
Normal Trap Card
"Place 1 card from your hand on either the top or bottom of the Deck, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Sylvan" monster from your hand or Graveyard. It is unaffected by other card effects this turn. Place it on either the top or bottom of the Deck during the End Phase.

Take note,Its first effect is not a cost. And you can use this to make your sylvan pseudo felgrand plus you can set up your top deck. Higher level Sylvan monster will not be dead in hand. But this card can be dead in hand so its up to you if you want to put this card or not.

RUN 0-2

Sylvan Waterfall Ride
Continous Trap Card
" When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Plant-Type monster, send it to the Graveyard. Otherwise, place it on the bottom of your Deck. During your Draw Phase, instead of conducting your normal draw: You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Plant-Type monster, send it to the Graveyard. Otherwise, add it to your hand."

For me,its artwork is so cute.I knew it.They will release a card with waterfalls on it cause a waterfall is shown on the Sylvan Peak Artwork so yeah.

Run 1-3

Extra:

Oreia,The Sylvan High Arbiter
Dark/plant/rk7/2800/2500
2 Level 7 monsters
"Once per turn: You can send 1 Plant-Type monster from your hand or face-up from your Monster Card Zone to the Graveyard; look at a number of cards from the top of your Deck, equal to the Level of the sent monster, then place them on the top of the Deck in any order. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; choose a number from 1 to 3, then excavate that many cards from the top of your Deck, send any excavated Plant-Type monsters to the Graveyard, also place the other cards on the bottom of your Deck in any order, and if you do, return cards on the field to the hand, except this card, up to the number of monsters sent to the Graveyard this way."

This card is one of the reason why Sylvans is worth playing.
Sadly this card is a super rare in OCG but the good thing is it only works on Plants effectively and the only deck that can use it effectively is no other than Sylvans! wOOHOO lol
The only way you can make this is to use Sherman and copyplant,or even the Dragon Rulers.(But the deck space is tight and I bet you cannot include all those Imbal Dragon Rulers)

Run 1-2 . or 3 if ur a collector lol

Alsei, the Sylvan High Protector
Light/Plant/8/2300/3200
2 Level 8 monsters
"Once per turn: You can declare 1 card name; excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is the declared card, add it to your hand. Otherwise, send it to the Graveyard. If a card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by a card effect (except during the Damage Step): You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card on the field; place that target on either the top or bottom of the Deck. You can only use this effect of "Alsei, the Sylvan High Protector" once per turn."

The strongest Generic Rank 8 monster in terms of defense.
Pre Prio,This card and Hermitree is a must on a sylvan deck. But now that Sherman and Oreia is out.
It depends on your preference.

RUN 0-1.2 if your Focused on Rank 8 builds. Again 3 if your a collector lolol

Conclusion:

For a summary,Sylvan is a great toolbox deck considering you can control the field with all the sylvans in your deck.Just beware of cards that remove from play and soul drain cause those are the cards that can hinder this deck's strategy.

Anyway,I hope you enjoy this guide I've made.I'm a sylvan player myself and I'm looking forward to get the Sylvan PRIO cards.

Till next tym!

Follow me on this blog and stay tune for future interesting post I will make.

The Fun Never Stops!-Official Guide to a Competitive Furnimal deck

(J.) It's been a while since I  have posted here because I'm still finding that drive that the game I love the most is into.In simpler term,I found the meta boring. If your an OCG duelist like me,you'll get my point.
Well I'm not really fond of decks that are too mainstream that's because I find it not so fun and it gets boring and boring as far as similar decks increases.
So Mr. J. ,what is this emotional intro all about when your headline implies the opposite?
Actually,I'm going to introduce a not so boring deck and is fun in the competitive way.Excited?
Well the hint is Fun.Need more clues? Well I will not give you guys any more clues because I myself is also excited to bring you the very first ever competitive guide in playing one of the cutest archetypes so far in Yu-Gi-Oh! History!

No other than...

"Furnimals"!

You heard it right! Furnimals!
This archetype was released just a month ago in OCG in the Next Challengers(902) booster pack. While being a cute a cuddly archetype, nobody saw them deadly. For me,I also don't find them competitive because they are overshadowed by lot of obvious archetypes in the same set like Qliphorts and Shadolls. Most players found this deck a trash.Well if you ask me,I always find beauty in all not so popular cards and that includes furnimals.Their playing style is fusion summoning "Des-Toy" fusion monsters and gain advantage through little "Furnimal" mosters.

Q:So that's it? a boring beatdown deck with no defense or even outs vs. cards of the opponent?

Well maybe your probably right, but adding a few techs won't harm right? And about those tech cards,I will mention them below and they are one of the most relevant part of this deck so keep on reading okay? :)

Let's start with the core monsters first!

NECH-JP017
Furnimal Dog

Earth Fairy / Effect
LV4 1700/1000
You can only use the effect of “Furnimal Dog” once per turn.
(1) When this card is Normal or Special Summoned from the hand: You can add 1 “Edge Imp Scissors” or 1 “Furnimal” monster from your Deck to your hand, except “Furnimal Dog”.

The key monster of the archetype. It can search any furnimal monster including "Edge Imp Scissor" and it can also start a combo with "Furnimal Bear" which then search "Toypot" for some fun.Definitely at 3

 NECH-JP018
Furnimal Owl
Earth Fairy / Effect
LV2 1000/1000
You can only use 1 “Furnimal Owl” effect per turn, and only once that turn.
(1) When this card is Normal or Special Summoned from the hand: You can add 1 “Polymerization” from your Deck to your hand.
(2) You can pay 500 Life Points; Fusion Summon 1 “Des-Toy” Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or your side of the field as Fusion Materials.

Like Dog,this card is an automatic plus 1.This card cans earch your polymerizations.Run 3

NECH-JP016
Furnimal Bear
Earth Fairy / Effect
LV3 1200/800
You can only use 1 “Furnimal Bear” effect per turn, and only once that turn.
(1) You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; Set 1 “Toypot” directly from your Deck.
(2) You can Tribute this card, then target 1 “Polymerization” in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand.

Searches Toypot, one of the main card of the deck.It dumps your edge-imps and the techs I'm talking about awhile ago which I will discuss later on.Run 3

NECH-JP019
Furnimal Cat
Earth Fairy/Effect
LV1 700/300
You can only use the effect of “Furnimal Cat” once per turn.
(1) If this card is sent to the Graveyard as a Fusion Material Monster: You can target 1 “Polymerization” in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand.

It fetches your polymerizations in the graveyard just like the shadoll fusion monsters but since there are still no new supports for them, definitely add 3 for the consistency of Toypot effect.

NECH-JP020
Furnimal Rabbit
Earth Fairy / Effect
LV1 300/1200
You can only use the effect of “Furnimal Rabbit” once per turn.
(1) If this card is sent to the Graveyard as a Fusion Material Monster: You can target 1 “Edge Imp Scissors” or 1 “Furnimal” monster in your Graveyard, except “Furnimal Rabbit”; add that monster to your hand.

It's "Furnimal Cat's" partner in crime hehhe. In the contrary,it fetches fallen furnimals in your graveyard especially your furnimal dogs and bears.Run 3

NECH-JP015
Furnimal Lion
Earth Fairy / Effect
LV4 1600/1200
(1) When this card declares an attack: This card gains 500 ATK until the end of the Battle Phase.

I actually don't see the point of this card.REALLY.Well,it can pair up with dog for rank 4 plays but that's just so random.Maybe in the future they will create a fusion monster which requires this card. For now run 0.

NECH-JP014
Edge Imp Scissor / Edge Imp Scissors
Dark Fiend / Effect
LV3 1200/800
You can only use the effect of “Edge Imp Scissors” once per turn.
(1) If this card is in your Graveyard: You can return 1 card from your hand to the top of your Deck; Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position.

Ah! our new favorite scissor who destroys are furnimals and turn them into zombies.Without him,you obviously cannot fusion summon Des-Toy fusions.I cannot suggest 1 only on the deck since you definitely need to see this as fast as possible.Run 3.

Fusions:

NECH-JP046
Deathtoy Scissor Bear / Des-Toy Scissors Bear
Dark Fiend / Fusion / Effect
LV6 2200/1800
“Edge Imp Scissors” + “Furnimal Bear”
(1) When this card destroys an opponent’s monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can equip that monster to this card as an Equip Card whose effect makes this card gain 1000 ATK.

It gets big.Really really big.But trust me,you will rarely summon this card.Run 1.I'm so glad it's the ultra rare hahah!

NECH-JP047
Deathtoy Scissor Wolf / Des-toy Scissors Wolf
Dark Fiend / Fusion / Effect
LV6 2000/1500
“Edge Imp Scissors” + 1 or more “Furnimal” monsters
Must be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Material Monsters and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways.
(1) This card can make any number of attacks per Battle Phase, up to the number of Fusion Material Monsters used to Fusion Summon it.

This card is your main fusion monster that enables your OTK.It's also just a rare card so you can get as many as you want.RUN 3.

Theme Spell card:

NECH-JP060
Toypot
Continuous Spell Card
(1) Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; draw 1 card and reveal it, then you can Special Summon 1 monster from your hand if the revealed card is a “Furnimal” monster. Otherwise, discard the revealed card.
(2) If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 “Edge Imp Scissors” or 1 “Furnimal” monster from your Deck to your hand.

This is the main engine of your deck. If this card is just sent to grave from anywhere, you can search your furnimals and edge-imps! and definitely it combos with owl and dog and it lets you dump your scissors and my techs that I will discuss below. And did I mention it is searchable? Well probably not awhile ago but now I'm mentioning it so haha! Keep reading still so you can know those techs! haha
Run 3

Tech cards!( oh finally)

This are some tech cards that I will mention based on my analysis and testing.

Tour Guide from the Underworld-Definitely a card worth adding.Again it searches your Edge imps and it is a plus 1 by herself.

Plaguespreader zombie-With the recent unlimiting of this card,it definitely shine on another deck.It functions almost the same as Edge-imp and most of all it can open synchro otions which can range from level 3-11 synchros! These synchros are the ones you will use to have an out on cards deployed by your opponent which our des-toy fusions can't handle. It also combos with Toypot.

Destiny Hero Malicious-It will never be dead in your hand because you can just dump it with toypot and moreover, you can pair it with plaguespreder to make any level 8 synchros particularly Beelze, king of diabolic Dragons and Rank 6 options with any Des-Toy fusion monsters. It can be used as a draw engine together with Destiny draw

-Destiny Draw-Gives much needed draw power together with malicious.

-Dark armed dragon-You have many dark monsters in your main and extra deck and you can control your graveyard so this pesky card is not that hard to summon.

-Allure of Darkness-you have many DARK cards and your banished dark cards can always be retrieved with Leviair.

-Polymerization-Duh? its your card to go for fusion summon. And it's the cheapest and one of the oldest card in YGO history.

-Beelze,King of Diabolic Dragons-It's one of your favorite synchro in the deck. One of the strongest synchro monster in YGO History.Just be warned with a Castel and an Ark Knight.

Draconecro,Nethersoul Dragon-just incase you draw your 2 plaguespreder zombie. This requires 2 zombie type monsters LOL.

So there you have it!

I'm leaving the deck build to all of you since YGO players are smart and we all agree(do you?)
Til next article!

(J.)The Right Tool for the Right Deck! - Official Guide to Qlipoth

Hello Guys!
Today,I'm gonna make a post which will not make heavy traffic from facebook (Not unless they share this post) to avoid hype.
As all we know ,The Next Challengers(NECH) in OCG has just been released yesterday(some are earlier) throughout selected Asia countries.
Just because I'm in the mood and I was in a long hiatus on sharing my thoughts here due to some tedious school works and personal life LOL, I'm gonna make another guide for my next OCG deck "Qlipoth".
Just to share this with you(and for those who read my earlier posts),I am a previous Sylvan player. Well based on my experience ,Sylvan tend to do a lot of unique plays but still I'm looking for a certain "OOmphh" in a type of deck.(If you know what I mean.)
What I am ranting about is that Sylvan still is outclassed by newer archetypes.Recently I just sold my Sylvan deck because I want to find
myself(In terms of Yugioh). I wanted a deck that is purely unique at the same time is in the trend and most of all can do powerhouse plays. Accidentally,I found out some news about these new machines called Qlipoths. At first,I thought it might be boring to play machines because people will just splash the very popular Machina which I want redundant and ubiquitous. But when I read the effects of these machines,I know this will be the perfect deck for me.On this giude,I will add the rarities and also sort them acording to their usefulness.(Monster/Spell/Trap) .So let's start shall we?

"Qlipoth" is a new archetype that debuts in The Next Challengers(NECH) booster pack and it is all about utilizing the new mechanic "Pendulum" and tribute summoning. So it's like present meets past!
The key card of these deck is no other than "Qlipoth Tool" which can search any card from their arsenal and their power plays usually involves this card and without "Qlipoth Tool" means minus in card advantage and poor consistency.Agree?

MONSTERS:

NECH-JP021-Rare
Qliphoth Tool
Earth Machine / Pendulum
LV5 1000/2800
Pendulum Scale: 9/9
Pendulum Effect:
(1) You can only Special Summon “Qliphoth” monsters. This effect cannot be negated. (2) Once per turn: You can pay 800 Life Points; add 1 “Qliphoth” card from your Deck to your hand, except “Qliphoth Tool”.
Flavor Text:
System initializing Replica Mode…
Error. Cannot run C:\sophia\sefiroth.exe
Attempting to run Program from unidentified source
Run C:\tierra\qliphoth.exe? …[Y]
System initializing Automated Mode.

-Just what I said,Qlipoth tool is the heart of the deck.Without him, this archetype will be bad and not consistent at all.I added the rarity because as players,we know that it affects on creating our decks.Good thing,it is a rare card only and surely it will be cheap or at least easy to acquire. This is great.
RUN 3

NECH-JP024-SUPER RARE!!!!!!! RAWWR
Qliphoth Disk
Earth Machine / Pendulum / Effect
LV7 2800/1000
Pendulum Scale: 1/1
Pendulum Effect:
(1) You can only Special Summon “Qliphoth” monsters. This effect cannot be negated. (2) “Qliphoth” monsters you control gain 300 ATK.
Monster Effect:
(1) You can Normal Summon this card without a Tribute. (2) If this card was Special Summoned or Normal Summoned without a Tribute, its Level becomes 4 and its original ATK becomes 1800. (3) If this card was Normal Summoned, this card is unaffected by effects activated by monsters whose original Level or Rank is lower than the Level of this card. (4) If this card is Tribute Summoned by Tributing a “Qliphoth” monster: You can Special Summon 2 “Qliphoth” monsters  from your Deck, but they are destroyed during the End Phase.

-So it's a Super Rare!(Faints). One of the main factors that I look upon choosing my deck are the rarities of cards. So yeah,Disc is an SR. It's still good because it actually compliments the artwork and I'm in loved with it dont you agree?.It's so beautiful! Still, this is the second of the main card in Qlipoth. It basically calls 2 more brothers upon tribute summon and it laughs on Rank/level 6 or lower mosters like flipped effect shadoll lizards, ryko, gorgonic guardian, monarch etc. It's pendulum scale is useful too because it's  1/1 and we have only two Qlipoth monters with that pendulum scale so better add more of those two in your deck so you can pendulum summon consistently.Overall,I like this card and it definitely has good artwork.
RUN 3 or 2 if you only have 2,why would I force you anyway? eh? haha

NECH-JP022 COMMON(Thank Goodness)
Qliphoth Archive
Earth Machine / Pendulum / Effect
LV6 2400/1000
(4) If this card is Tributed: You can target 1 monster on the field; return it to the hand.

-Here is another one and it's a common one!. Again, its one of the 1/1 pendulum scale Qlipoth and we definitely love the compulsory effect for Shadoll and Yang Zing match-up.Since we only have few monsters in our arsenal,I suggest running max copies.
RUN 3 It's common.No excuses.

NECH-JP023 COMMON
Qliphoth Genome
Earth Machine / Pendulum / Effect
LV6 2400/1000
Pendulum Scale: 9/9
Pendulum Effect:
(1) You can only Special Summon “Qliphoth” monsters. This effect cannot be negated. (2) Monsters your opponent control lose 300 ATK.
(4) If this card is Tributed: You can target 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field; destroy it.

- Yet another common rarity qlipoth. Its basically an archive, the only difference is that they differ in scales and also this one is for S/T destruction. Nowadays, people mainly focuses on monsters and have only few backrows. This is useful as our secondary 9/9 pendulum Qlipoth. For now,we should maxed this out so we have more targets for Disc.
RUN 3.

 NECH-JP026-RARE
Apoqliphoth Killer
Earth Machine / Effect
LV10 3000/2600
Cannot be Special Summoned. Must be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 3 “Qliphoth” monsters. (1) This Normal Summoned monster is unaffected by Spell/Trap Effects, or the activated effect of a monster whose original Level or Rank is lower than this card’s Level. (2) All Special Summoned monsters lose 500 ATK and DEF. (3) Once per turn: You can have your opponent sends 1 monster they control or have in their hand to the Graveyard (for no effect).

-Actually,this one deserve a Super Rare Status rather than Shell because is artwork is plain baddass!.Whoever create this will be my idol. This is based on the lore the boss monster that will bring apocalypse to the present universe but then stopped and controlled by nephilim so at the end it becomes Shadoll Shekhinaga. If Qlipoth fortress is present on your field and you summon this card,it's basically GG unless your opponent plays a random Volcanic queen or summon Star Eater. It is searchable by tool and Saqlipoth so you dont need to run many.
RUN 1 or 0 if you think it will end up dead draw but I doubt it.

NECH-JP025-COMMON
Qliphoth Shell
Earth Machine / Pendulum / Effect
LV8 2800/1000
Pendulum Scale: 9/9
Pendulum Effect:
(1) You can only Special Summon “Qliphoth” monsters. This effect cannot be negated. (2) Monsters your opponent control lose 300 ATK.
(4) If this card is Tribute Summoned Tributing a “Qliphoth” monster(s), this card can attack twice during each Battle Phase, and if it attacks a monster in Defense Position, inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent.

-It is our third pendulum 9 monster and for me is on the bottom of our monster's list.Okay, let's get staright to this.So basically it really looks like a Shell and I dont want to see Shells in my hands because I used them as decors.(Guys, please support my joke hehe). Its a dual attacker piercing monster and if tributed,it is unaffected by rank/level 7 or lower monster(S) so no Big-eye,Drago-sac,ranf fours etc.The only downside of this one is it can only shine through battle phase though it can end games with massive damage he can bring in,today's meta is a responsive one.Meaning, your opponent might use compulsory and bottomless/torrential tribute before this card shines unlike disc which can call an ally upon summon.
RUN 0 or 1 if you like.

SPELLS:(Yes they have and it's searchable)

 NECH-JP061-COMMON
Saqliphoth
Equip Spell
Equip only to a “Qliphoth” monster. (1) It gains 300 ATK and cannot be destroyed by battle. (2) It can be used as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a “Qliphoth” monster. (3) If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can add 1 “Qliphoth” monster from your Deck to your hand.
-It's a slightly slower ROTA but definitely stronger than rota.It can make the equipped Qlipoth monster immune to battle destruction and it can make it a single 2 tribute monster. The most important thing to not here is than it cannot miss the timing and even if your opponent blindly use MST here,it can still trigger. This card is good. The artwork is great too.
RUN 3

NECH-JP062-COMMON
Qliphothtress
Field Spell
(1) You can Normal Summon 1 “Qliphoth” monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) (2) The Normal Summons of “Qliphoth” monsters cannot be negated.

-Now we have our themed field spell. On the artwork, there we have Nephilim riding Apoqlipoth Killer and they are destroying the two synchros of Yang Zing.(Is Yang Zing that bad?).Guess what,it can make our normal/tribute/special immune to solemn brothers. This card combos well with Apoqlipoth Killer as you can see on the artwork. You can also gain an additional summon for our Qlipoths.
-RUN 1 or 2.It is searchable by tool.It is a great bait for MST.

TRAPS:

NECH-JP073
Apoqliphoth
Trap Normal
You can only activate 1 “Apoqliphoth” per turn. (1) Add up to 3 face-up “Qliphoth” Pendulum Monsters from your Extra Deck to your hand.

-What?! Naturia Sacred Tree is being lifted by an unknown Qlipoth?(Probably on the next set after Next Challengers).Based on the DT Story,Naturia Sacred Tree is responsible for the balance of the DT World and this unknown monster is trying to ruin the balance which is then might result to an apocalypse.(So it is named Apoqlipoth). Enough with the trivias, this card is our themed avarice from extra deck and it is good if you already lack Qlipoth monsters to search.
RUN 1.You don't need to play 3.Its just for emergency moments and it is again searchable by tool.

NECH-JP074 COMMON
Qliphothran
Trap Normal
(1) All Normal Summoned “Qliphoth” monsters gain 300 ATK, have their effects negated, and are unaffected by other Spell and Trap Effects. These changes last until the end of this turn.

-I knew this will be coming and it did.We now have a theme forbidden lance/chalice for our normal summoned Qlipoth.
On the artwork, looks like Qlipoth Tool is the one who is the one behind the big machine who happened to lift Naturia Sacred Tree.
Overall, this card is slightly good but not overpowered.
RUN 1.It is searchable by tool and you definitely don't want your normal summoned Qlipoths be prone to spell/trap.

SUPPORT CARDS:

 Summoner's Art
Normal Spell Card
Add 1 Level 5 or higher Normal Monster from your Deck to your hand.

-One of the most underrated cards in yugioh history but now has a new deck to shine with.It is yet another ROTA for tool and this helps us to have our favorite tool as fast as possible. It is also a normal spell card so we do not have the Tenki-like feeling that it can be negated by Mystical Space Typhoon.(But remember that MST DOESN'T NEGATE!!).It only makes continous spell/trap fail to resolve.

RUN 3.

NECH-JP002 RARE?
Entermate Trampolynx
Earth Beast / Pendulum / Effect
LV2 300/300
Pendulum Scale: 4/4
Pendulum Effect:
You can only use the Pendulum Effect of “Entermate Trampolynx” once per turn.
(1) When you Pendulum Summon: You can target 1 card in a Pendulum Zone; return that target to the hand.
Monster Effect:
(1) When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 card in a Pendulum Zone; return that target to the hand.

-it must be renamed to "Entermate TRUMPolynx" because it is remarkably a trump card.It has a very good combo with Tool and this is one of your other priority to put on your other scale together with tool.
 This card is good.
Run 1-3 .If you will ask me,I will put 3.Whatever you prefer.

 Forbidden Chalice
Quick Play Spell Card
Target 1 face-up monster on the field; until the End Phase, that target gains 400 ATK, but its effects are negated.

-This one deserves a special mention. It makes our pendulumed summon/normal summon Qlipoth as Big as a ship. Not only that!
It can also be useful for matchup that relies on monster's effect whether it's on main phase or battle phase.
RUN 1-3.

 The Monarch's Storm Forth
Quick Play Spell Card
Once during this turn, if you would Tribute Summon a monster, you can Tribute 1 monster your opponent controls as 1 of the Tributes required for that Tribute Summon. You can only activate 1 "The Monarchs Storm Forth" per turn. You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck the turn you activate this card.
-This card is good and rarely dead in hand adding the fact that all of our themed monster's can be tribute summoned. It is also a plus that it doesn't target nor destroy that monster it tributed.
-RUN 1-3

Skill Drain
Continuous trap card
Activate by paying 1000 Life Points. The effects of all face-up monsters on the field are negated while those monsters are face-up on the field (but their effects can still be activated).

-You can now normal/pendulum summon pseudo barbaros because of this card.Pendulum summoning Qlipoth while this card is on the field is a great combo considering you can summon up to 5 unlike stun decks which can only summon once or twice.
RUN 1-3
