"Sephira:From Different Territories"- "Crossover Souls(CROS-JP)(UPDATED 1/4/15)

(Arc Knight) Howdy! Today I will give you some of the most sought after cards on the "Crossover Souls" booster pack! No other than "Sephira"!

Pendulum Effect:
(1) You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except “Yang Zing” and “Sephira” monsters. This effect cannot be negated.
Monster Effect:
You can only activate the monster effect of “Sephira Fuxi, Treasure of the Yang Zing” once per turn. (1) If this card is Pendulum Summoned or Special Summoned from your Deck: You can target 1 face-up “Yang Zing” or “Sephira” monster you control, except “Sephira Fuxi, Treasure of the Yang Zing”; during this turn, that face-up monster becomes a Tuner monster. If you activated this effect, put this card on the bottom of the Deck if it leaves the field.




-Here we have a new "Sephira" card that support "Yang Zing" as well.From the looks of the scans,there is no doubt that this card is in Higher Rarity(Super Rare?).For its effect,its a pendulum monster so it can be abused through turn after turn pendulum summoning.Its ability to turn any other Sephira or Yang Zing monster to a tuner is useful for added versatility adding the fact that it doesn't prevent non-Sephira monster to be synchro summon.Surely,Sephira will have a themed synchro monster in the future so you will need the prescence of this card.Overall,its a good card and the artwork is great!

(1) When this card is Normal or Pendulum Summoned: You can target 1 “Ritual Beast” or “Sephira” monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that monster. It is destroyed during the End Phase.








-If you are following my YGOTheoryOh segment on our facebook page(https://www.facebook.com/pages/RespectYGO/256742574524196),my theory that "Pirika" will be a tamer that controls "Rampenta". Seems very very legit.Again,we have a scale 1 pendulum that is a pseudo wolfbark for any "Sephira" or "Ritual Beast" monster.Its good in Ritual beast ,I don't know in sephira because since they are a pendulum archetype,there is a very low chance that they will hit the graveyard(Because of mechanics) but we will see as soon as other new card come across.The art is cute.I can't help it.

-A very baddass artwork.Its Exa warrior on fire people! Maybe,exa collaborated with lavals or flamvells thats why.It's like a pendulum version of "Bujin Mizakuchi".If you notice the artwork,they all have the same "White" wings on their body.Try to notice it.

-Intersting,so "Egrystal" was revived somehow.Its pendulum effect doesn't have any special thing to note.His pendulum effect,like others,prevents you from pendulum summoning other monster except "Sephira".It has a very nice Scale 7.Once you pendulum summon it,you can spam sephira monsters straight from your pendulum zone.

Monster Effect: You can only use the monster effect of “Asterllarknight Sephirabuth” once per turn. (1) IF this card is Normal, Flip, or Pendulum Summoned: You can target 1 “tellarknight” or “Sephira” card in your Monster or Pendulum Zone, and 1 Set card your opponent controls; destroy them.



Now this one is very very broken.(Just Hyping).Its Exciton Knight "Spehira" version.It retains the constellation belt that every tellarknight monster have on their suit.It also has the Two big red eyes just like Exciton Knight.It's monster effect triggers you summon it (with the above methods) and if you do,it became a pseudo Scrap dragon that destroys set cards.

Good Day RespectYGOer! I'm back,your favorite 101! Bringing you another card that may pinch your interest somehow again.Today,I'm going to discuss a card that is worth noticing.(At least for me).Well,allow me to introduce you the "Phantom Knights Shadow Veil"

Phantom Knights Of Shadow Veil(NECH-072 Common)
Normal Trap Card
 Target 1 face-up monster you control; it gains 300 ATK and DEF. When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack while this card is in your Graveyard: Special Summon this card in Defense Position as a Normal Monster (Warrior-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 0/DEF 300). (This card is NOT treated as a Trap Card.) If Summoned this way, banish this card when it leaves the field.

-First,we have a very common trap card that acts as a monster and a Stat boost.At the first look,it may seem lackluster but if you look closer,there is some pretty cool combos that you can incorporate with this card.

Here are few things you don't (or haven't been yet) know about this card:

1.It's Special summon effect isn't ONCE PER TURN.In other words,if you have multiples of this card,you can special summon all THREE in the form of chain.(And since this is a mandatory SS effect,it doesn't miss the timing EVER.

2.This card becomes a NORMAL MONSTER card.Unlike previous trap monster,it retains its monster Status.Hence,it can't be destroyed by backrow removals.(e.g Heavy Storm,MST etc.)

3.And since this card is a monster card while on your monster card zone,you can use it as free xyz materials.(Its a Dark Warrior level 4 people!)

4.To abuse this card,you can use Imperial Iron Wall,Artifact Lancea and other cards that prevent banishing.In other words,if you prevent the banishing of this card,you can hinder all attacks of your opponent.

"Are you willing to take the Risk?"-Single Card Discussion featuring "Cyber Stein"

(Arc Knight) Hello! Time for some interesting article.Today,I am going to tackle about a card that has recently been released from the banlist and returned to its unlimited status.Without further ado,I present to you "Cyber Stein"

Cyber Stein

Pay 5000 Life Points. Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck to the field in Attack Position.

At first,this card is a very strong card until you realized that you need to pay a measly 5000 life points and leave a weak 700 attacker behind.Well,your probably right but the great thing here is the monster you will summon by its effect and that makes him great.
This monster is also prone to negation(Effect Veiler,Breakthrough Skill,Fiendish Chain) so be warned.





Here are some of the monsters you can summon with this card:

 Naturia Extrio

-This beast negates every Spell and trap card as long as it stays.That means no Qliphort tool,Necloth rituals etc. This practically end games if you manage to protect your life points due to stein.












 Last Warrior from another Planet

-Use Stein to summon a monster that destroys your stein so you won't be open for heavy damage at the same time,prevents any kind of summon!(Though players may still normal set).You know what that means.











Overall,this card is very great if you can use it correctly.

"Blazing Everything with Magazines!"-Official RespectYGO "Volcanic" Guide

Today,I will give you a short guide to an interesting deck I've been playtesting.This is a good start-up deck that players on a budget can make and definitely will be out of seen on every banlist.In other word,a long term deck that is fun to play with.

Introduction:
"Volcanic" (ヴォルカニック Vorukanikku) is an archetype of cards used by Axel Brodie in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GXanime. Most of the monsters are reptilian, combined with military hardware and are intended to be used with the card "Blaze Accelerator", which destroys opposing monsters by using Pyro-Type monsters as "ammunition" by sending them from your hand to the Graveyard.
The main theme of the cards is to destroy monsters with "Blaze Accelerator" while dealing effect damage with cards like "Volcanic Scattershot", "Volcanic Slicer" and "Volcanic Hammerer". Both effects are applied to the trump cards of the archetype: "Tri-Blaze Accelerator" and "Volcanic Doomfire". A big weakness of this Deck can be cards that stop destruction. Since the whole base of this Deck is destroying your opponent's field, cards like "Prime Material Dragon", "Destruction Jammer" and "Stardust Dragon" can stop this Deck in its tracks. Because of that, Side Decking cards like "Discord" can be helpful.
With the introduction of "Blaze Accelerator Magazine",this deck becomes faster than ever before.Now,you can now trigger your "Volcanics" that is not dependent on your opponent.With the inclusion of "Royal Firestorm Guards",you can now get and recycle your volcanics rapidly!
Without Further ado,let's go to our quick content:
Monsters:
Volcanic Rocket

When this card is Summoned: You can add 1 "Blaze Accelerator" card from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
Our first candidate.It is an automatic 1900 beater and +1.It searches our main card which is Magazine.It can be also a fodder for magazine's draw.Overall,this is a must 3.Your main searcher.




Volcanic Scattershot
Fire/Pyro/2

When this card is sent to the Graveyard, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for theeffect of a "Blaze Accelerator" card, you can send 2 "Volcanic Scattershots" from your hand / Deck to the Graveyard todestroy all monsters your opponent controls.
-Our second best card in terms of field wipe.It doesn't only wipe the field,but also burn your opponent with a massive 1500 damage! This is one of your Go-To card when using the banish effect of your magazine and you can reload it again to your deck with the use of Firestorm guards.Wait,"Reload" your deck? that term is very nasty in Volcanics .Run 3 ALWAYS

Volcanic Shell

Once per turn: You can pay 500 Life Pointsadd 1 "Volcanic Shell" from your Deck to your hand. This card must be in theGraveyard to activate and to resolve this effect.
Our third bullet for our magazine.It can constantly add other copies of him for +1.It is a good fodder for magazine as our main fodder when scattershot is unnecessary.Run 3 Always.


Volcanic Doomfire
Fire/Pyro/8

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending a face-up "Tri-Blaze Accelerator" you control to the Graveyard. During your opponent's Battle Phase, your opponent must attack thismonster with any Attack Position monsters they control. When this card destroys a monster and sends it to the Graveyard, destroy all monsters your opponent controls and inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each monster destroyed by this effect.

The archetype's boss monster.Unlike other outdated guide in Volcanic,I consider Doomfire good.I think there's a major reason why magazine is treated as Tri-Blaze.It is simple:To bring out doomfire. Sometimes,there are scenarios wherein you really want your magazine in your grave and you do not have the right card to send your continuous trap.This is the perfect answer for that.It can be a free 3000 beater that can wipe your opponent's field and when it is unnecessary to play this,it can be a good draw fodder for magazine.It is also a valid target for Firestorm Guards.Run Based on Preference.


Volcanic Counter

When you take battle damage while this card is in your GraveyardBanish it from your Graveyard, then if there is a FIREmonster other than "Volcanic Counter" in your Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the amount of battle damage you took.
-Again,some guides put this as trash and a waste of space.For me,it is a hidden gem waiting to be appreciated.It can end games because of its burn effect.It can also be a fodder for magazine and blaze accelerator.When your opponent is very low on life points,this can prevent them from attacking you.The only downside it has was it banish itself mandatory.Run based on Preference.

Royal Firestorm Guards
Fire/Pyro/4
1700/1200
If this card is Normal SummonedTarget 4 Pyro-Type monsters in your Graveyardshuffle all 4 into the Deck, then draw 2 cards.
-This is your way to recycle your Volcanics even himself.This can become an instant Pot of avarice that can reload your scattershot for more field wipe.Amazing card.Run 2-3



Spells:
Blaze Accelerator
Continuous Spell Card
You can target 1 monster your opponent controlssend 1 Pyro-Type monster with 500 or less ATK from your hand to theGraveyard, and if you do, destroy that target. You cannot declare an attack during the turn you activate this effect.
Offcourse,Volcanics are nothing without the "Blaze Accelerators".Before the release of magazine,the main focus is to get this one through Rocket and destroy your opponent's monster at a cost of your battle phase.With the advent of Magazine,this card becomes obsolete.It can also be a tech if you want but Scattershot does the job better.Run 0-3


Traps:
Blaze Accelerator Magazine
Continuous Trap Card
This card's name becomes "Tri-Blaze Accelerator" while it is face-up in the Spell & Trap Zone. During either player'sMain Phase: You can send 1 "Volcanic" card from your hand to the Graveyard (except "Volcanic Eruption"), and if you do,draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Blaze Accelerator Magazine" once per turn. During either player's Main Phase: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; send 1 "Volcanic" card from your Deck to the Graveyard, except "Volcanic Eruption".

Definitely our newest and best card in this deck.It fixes consistency issue by it's draw effect.It is searchable by rocket and can be treated as Tri-Blaze for Doomfire.The best part here is when i is in the graveyard,you can banich it to send a "Volcanic" from deck to graveyard in either player's turn! That means,you can send your scattershots and have a pseudo Raigeki that can inflict 1500 damage.This card is very strong.Run 3

Tech Cards:
Pot of Avarice-Like Firestorm guards,can reload your deck and nets +2.
Foolish Burial-Can send your shell for a fodder for magazine.
Summoner Monk-Can pitch dead Accelerators and Spells for Rocket that can search our best card.
Magic Planter-Can send our Magazine to grave for a +2
Anti-Spell Fragrance-A good card vs. Necloth and Qliphorts. Can be a fodder for magic Planter.
Soul Turnover-Can offer your Rocket and Firestorm to draw 2.
