3 Archetypes that should get support in the coming releases

As we all know, all archetypes are not created equal. Konami makes newer and better decks as time goes on, but that doesn't stop us from playing the decks we enjoy no matter bad they can be. As a long time Cloudian player, I can verify that garbage decks can be fun. However after a long time, we need new support cards to keep our long time favorites playable in todays bonkers format, and here are the deck that I believe deserve to get new cards in the next formats.

1. WORMS
Some of you may recognize this old flip summon based duel terminal archetype with an awesome boss monster. Duel terminal decks are slowly getting support and even Ice barrier received a structure deck. A deck that used to be playable but has long since been washed away by newer decks. They boast a nice and respectable 1 trap and 1 spell and 25 monsters. Themed after... the alphabet... they all represent a different letter, but the "quality" varies. From flip based tribute summoning to a level 8 that can summon any worm from the deck and yet its still bad, Worms are a mess.

Their best card, their trap card W Nebula Meteorite, being unsearchable outside of Trap trick and also not having a good target. Worm players are forced to play the mediocre Worm King as a target for the unsearchable trap card, which after a while... he begins to be in your opening hand more often than he should. The deck also has a fusion boss monster "Worm Zero" with no way to summon it. The 3 main thing the deck needs are
A. Consistent searching/drawing
B. A better main deck boss monster
and
C. A way to fusion summon their boss monster

2. Deskbots
A deck that requires 6 calculators to determine the attack of 2 monsters, Deskbots have been a big fan of the generic earth machine support that has come out in the past few years. This crew of office supplies with guns were known to go big or go home with a one punch style otk, but the format quickly left them in the dust.

Some of you may have also seen Deskbot 003 and Deskbot 001 being used in Halqifibrax Auroradon combos. We will being ignoring that, because hopefully they will be hit in the future. Deskbots have 2 main win conditions. PUNCHING REALLY HARD and (very very rarely) Hand looping with their field spell Deskbot Base. Their best card being Deskbot 003 and Deskbot 002. Deckbot 003 summons 002 from the deck which searches any Deskbot card, thus making it a plus 2 off of 1 normal summon while still having a major attack boosting effect at its disposal. New support for them could either search 003 or make it easier to resolve their field spell. The new support should lock your plays into machines or just deskbots, and a simple "add Deskbot 003 from deck to hand" is really all it needs to be.

3. Materiactor
Poof, a new rank 3 deck.

A deck that has only recently come out and has 2 cards. It SHOULD get support because if it doesn't then Konami wasted their resources developing a 2 card archetype. The main deck monster can summon HALLO HALLO from the deck so its automatically a good card. The archetype has potential to be okay, but I have my hopes that it'll get at least 2 cards within the next year. Nearly anything will make this archetype better as long as it makes rank 3 spam easier.

I know that it's been a tough time for everyone especially when choosing a deck and you don't know how the meta works because of a very long hiatus because of the pandemic. Luckily I was able to cope with several testing and I have decided what deck to use in this tournament. Here's what happened below:

How to choose the right "Side Deck" cards?

Hey RespectYGOers! Happy new year to ya'll! It's me, Arcknight , and I'm back with a new article. This time, we will talk about a strategy that some may overlook: Side Deck. A lot of meta decks right now either focus on 1-card combos, spam a lot of negation or have floodgate to control the game. Your side deck does a lot of job in countering these strategies especially if it will affect your gameplay. Now, what are the things that you need to consider in choosing the right side deck?
